BUSINESS MEDIATION

As a business mediator, I help parties in business conflicts find common interests and order to reach sustainable solutions. This prevents legal proceedings and keeps healthy business relationships intact.

I facilitate conversations according to a set procedure, in which parties learn to see what each other's interests are and which of them may be common. This is the basis for creatively seeking conflict solutions. Agreements are eventually made to prevent new conflicts.

Method

I start with a personal intake (online) with the participants involved. We examine whether there is sufficient trust in a mediation process. If there is, we sign the mediation agreement and I facilitate an average of one to three joint mediation sessions. During these sessions, we look for everyone's interests and creatively seek solutions, which are negotiated using the Harvard method. The outcome of the mediation can be recorded in an agreement.

Benefits

  • Maintaining the business relationship with win-win

  • Active and solution-oriented attitude

  • Time and cost savings

  • Informal setting

Costs

The online intake interview is free of charge. The hourly rate for business mediation is a fixed rate, but a price agreement for a (part of the) package is also possible. Costs and the other conditions are laid down in advance in a mediation agreement.
