Persoonsgegevens die wij verwerken
Zest42 verwerkt geen persoonsgegevens omdat op onze site geen persoonsgegevens achter gelaten kunnen worden.

Bijzondere en/of gevoelige persoonsgegevens die wij verwerken
Onze website en/of dienst heeft niet de intentie gegevens te verzamelen over websitebezoekers die jonger zijn dan 16 jaar. Tenzij ze toestemming hebben van ouders of voogd. We kunnen echter niet controleren of een bezoeker ouder dan 16 is. Wij raden ouders dan ook aan betrokken te zijn bij de online activiteiten van hun kinderen, om zo te voorkomen dat er gegevens over kinderen verzameld worden zonder ouderlijke toestemming. Als u er van overtuigd bent dat wij zonder die toestemming persoonlijke gegevens hebben verzameld over een minderjarige, neem dan contact met ons op via olaf.smits@zest42.com, dan verwijderen wij deze informatie.

Geautomatiseerde besluitvorming
Zest42 neemt niet op basis van geautomatiseerde verwerkingen besluiten over zaken die (aanzienlijke) gevolgen kunnen hebben voor personen. Het gaat hier om besluiten die worden genomen door computerprogramma’s of -systemen, zonder dat daar een mens (bijvoorbeeld een medewerker van Zest42) tussen zit.

Hoe lang we persoonsgegevens bewaren
Zest42 bewaart geen persoonsgegevens.

Delen van persoonsgegevens met derden
Zest42 verstrekt uitsluitend aan derden en alleen als dit nodig is voor de uitvoering van onze overeenkomst met u of om te voldoen aan een wettelijke verplichting.

Cookies, of vergelijkbare technieken, die wij gebruiken
Een cookie is een klein tekstbestand dat bij het eerste bezoek aan de website van Zest42 wordt opgeslagen op uw computer, tablet of smartphone. Cookies zorgen ervoor dat de website naar behoren werkt en onthouden bijvoorbeeld uw voorkeursinstellingen. Ook kan Zest42 hiermee de website optimaliseren. U kunt uzelf afmelden voor cookies door de internetbrowser zo in te stellen dat deze geen cookies meer opslaat. Daarnaast kunt u ook alle informatie die eerder is opgeslagen via de instellingen van de browser verwijderen. De cookies die Zest42 gebruikt zijn noodzakelijk voor de technische werking van de website en uw gebruiksgemak. Deze website is gemaakt met het programma Squarespace die hier precies uitlegt welke, hoe lang alle informatie bewaard wordt. 

Social media buttons
Op de website van Zest42 zijn social media buttons opgenomen om webpagina’s te kunnen promoten of delen op sociale netwerken. Deze buttons werken door middel van stukjes code die van de netwerken zelf afkomstig zijn. Door middel van deze code worden cookies geplaatst. Zest42 heeft daar geen invloed op. Lees daarom de privacyverklaring van de netwerken (welke regelmatig kunnen wijzigen) om te lezen wat zij met jouw (persoons)gegevens doen die zij via deze cookies verwerken. De informatie die ze verzamelen wordt zo veel mogelijk geanonimiseerd. De informatie wordt overgebracht naar en door de social media-acoounts opgeslagen op servers in de Verenigde Staten. De social media-accounts stellen zich te houden aan de ‘Privacy Shield principes’ en zijn aangesloten bij het Privacy Shield-programma van het Amerikaanse Ministerie van Handel. Dit houdt in dat er sprake is van een passend beschermingsniveau voor de verwerking van eventuele persoonsgegevens. 

Zest42 maakt gebruik van marketingactiviteiten via LinkedIn.

Gegevens inzien, aanpassen of verwijderen
U heeft het recht om uw persoonsgegevens in te zien, te corrigeren of te verwijderen. 

Daarnaast heeft u het recht om uw eventuele toestemming voor de gegevensverwerking in te trekken of bezwaar te maken tegen de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens door Zest42 en heeft u het recht op gegevensoverdraagbaarheid. Dat betekent dat u bij ons een verzoek kunt indienen om de persoonsgegevens die wij van u beschikken in een computerbestand naar u of een ander, door u genoemde organisatie, te sturen.

U kunt een verzoek tot inzage, correctie, verwijdering, gegevensoverdraging van uw persoonsgegevens of verzoek tot intrekking van uw toestemming of bezwaar op de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens sturen naar olaf.smits@zest42.com.

Om er zeker van te zijn dat het verzoek tot inzage door u is gedaan, vragen wij u een kopie van uw identiteitsbewijs met het verzoek mee te sturen. Maak in deze kopie uw pasfoto, MRZ (machine readable zone, de strook met nummers onderaan het paspoort), paspoortnummer en Burgerservicenummer (BSN) zwart. Dit ter bescherming van uw privacy. We reageren zo snel mogelijk, maar binnen vier weken, op uw verzoek.

Hoe wij persoonsgegevens beveiligen
Zest42 neemt de bescherming van uw gegevens serieus en neemt passende maatregelen om misbruik, verlies, onbevoegde toegang, ongewenste openbaarmaking en ongeoorloofde wijziging tegen te gaan. Als u de indruk heeft dat uw gegevens niet goed beveiligd zijn of er aanwijzingen zijn van misbruik, neem dan contact op met onze klantenservice of via olaf.smits@zest42.com.

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16. Unless they have parental or guardian consent. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without this permission, please contact us at olaf.smits@zest42.com and we will delete this information.

Zest42 does not make decisions based on automated processing on matters that can have (significant) consequences for people. These are decisions taken by computer programs or systems, without involving a person (for example, an employee of Zest42).

Sharing personal data with third parties
Zest42 only provides to third parties and only if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

Cookies, or similar techniques, that we use
A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit the Zest42 website. Cookies ensure that the website works properly and, for example, remember your preferred settings. Zest42 can also use this to optimize the website. You can opt out of cookies by setting your internet browser so that it no longer stores cookies. In addition, you can also delete all information previously saved via the browser settings. The cookies that Zest42 uses are necessary for the technical operation of the website and your ease of use. This website was made with the Squarespace program, which explains exactly which information is kept for how long.

Social media buttons
The Zest42 website includes social media buttons to promote or share web pages on social networks. These buttons work through pieces of code that come from the networks themselves. Cookies are placed through this code. Zest42 has no influence on this. Therefore, read the privacy statement of the networks (which can change regularly) to read what they do with your (personal) data that they process via these cookies. The information they collect is anonymized as much as possible. The information is transferred to and stored by the social media accounts on servers in the United States. The social media accounts adhere to the 'Privacy Shield principles' and are affiliated with the Privacy Shield program of the US Department of Commerce. This means that there is an appropriate level of protection for the processing of any personal data.

Zest42 uses marketing activities via LinkedIn.

View, modify or delete data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data.

In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Zest42 and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization mentioned by you.

You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to olaf.smits@zest42.com.

To ensure that the request for inspection has been made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.

Zest42 takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
