LINK
LINK is a program for business services providers (e.g. accountants, lawyers, tax specialists and notaries) through which we help both individuals and groups perform better. The approach focuses on stronger mutual connection and better cooperation for business services providers. It also results in higher employee and customer satisfaction.
Method
The LINK program is based on mediation and coaching techniques. LINK coaches Keetie Sijm and Olaf Smits are both highly experienced tax professionals and use this knowledge in their coaching and mediation. LINK always begins with a personal intake with management and/or HR, where goals and boundaries of the program are agreed upon. An introduction with the participants is followed by a scan that reveals how employees from different layers of the company view their own role and place within the business system. In both individual and group discussions we go deeper into this. With the findings, a customized program is put together, which can vary from group training to individual coaching sessions

Costs
After a free intake interview, wishes are formulated and we then come up with a proposal, this includes choices that can be made and the costs involved. Our proposals are completely transparent and are laid down in advance in an agreement.
